Chairman’s Message

Welcome to the Web Site of the Mary Wakefield Westmorland Festival.

This music festival is held every other year, (the next is planned for March 2011), runs for approximately 1 week and includes concerts, workshop days for children in both primary and secondary schools and adjudicated classes for instrumentalists, singers and choirs.

The prospectus for the Adjudicated Classes will be available from September 2010 and those interested in participating in classes will be able to download the necessary application forms from this site if they wish.  Early next year we will be publishing and distributing the programme of the week’s events and this also will also be accessible from this site.
